I bought this pair of CK Boots because they looked so classy and formal, so I would be able to wear them with my suits to work. Well no complaints on that front except that the boots wrinkled in a very weird way and now they look like I've had them for a year whereas I've just bought them. My biggest complaint is that they were so uncomfortable. They are so painful, and they even caused cuts on my now bloody toes!

 |  | Team Zappos, I ordered my shoes yesterday and was delighted to see that the shipping was upgraded free of charge. A very nice touch. However, I was astounded when I found the shoes at my front door this afternoon. How did you pull that off? No one is this fast… no one. Is there a flying caped Zappos team member drinking espresso shots all night moving shoes about the country?! WOW WOW WOW!!! TEAM ZAPPOS – YOU’VE JUST EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The only name in my book and blasted all over my face book and twitter is ZAPPOS because I ordered my shoes and ZAP, they were at my door. ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING OVER THE TOP, I’M DANCING AROUND IN MY NEW SHOES! Thank you, thank you, thank you for doing what you do. Bernie “Zappos for life."
