I really like these shoes and they are very comfortable. The look great with pants (either jeans or dress slacks) and were easy to break in. Only problem was I usually buy size 8 WW in Softspots, but they recommended that I go up a 1/2 size for these shoes. I purchased the 8 1/2 WW and they were way too big. I returned and got the size 8 ww and they fit great.

For a flat, wide shoe from SoftSpots, I was expecting a more comfortable fit. While, they are wide enough, the positioning of the little strap does cause some discomfort. It isn\'t that the strap is tight at all; it\'s just the way it\'s manufactured and how the strap hits on the bone at the base of the big toe. I\'m still wearing them in the hopes that I can soften them up, as otherwise they are nice shoes.

One size too small -
Love this style and really need a stylish flat in my wardrobe. However, this style is at least a full size too small. I have several other pairs of Softspots and know that I usually fit their size 11 perfectly. Not so with this one.

I LOVE the shoes! Great looking, soft cushion inside, BUT I ALWAYS wear an 8 1/2; they said to order 1/2 size larger in this shoe so I ordered a 9 but they still feel a little snug. I am leaving on a business trip tomorrow and I do not have time to return them so I am going to keep them and just hope that they 'wear in'. They look GREAT and are just what I wanted, will go great with the 3 outfits I need them with. I'll see how it goes.
