These boots feel great! I've been searching for a comfortable boot for months now. I bought cheaper good name brand boots, but alas, they were too uncomfortable. My feet have been put through years of high-heel abuse and now are rebelling. I'm in my 30s and was looking for a stylish boot with a heel and these made the cut. A little pricey, but I think they'll be worth it.

LOVE these boots/shoes!!! Very vintage look, extremely comfortable, perfect sized heel. As always, ZAPPOS has the BEST customer service of any online retailer I have purchased from.

What a good looking show. I am 62 and look for more a more upscale look in my dress. Don't let the height of this heel scare you away from this one! It is very comfortable, very stable, very sexy. I love the look.

A winter shoe that is sexy and stylish, yet comfortable! I had to try several sizes. My usual size is 6.5 WW in summer shoes by Sofft. I finally fit into the 8 W in these boots. Glad I was persistent because they are wonderful.

These are the most comfortable boots I own! They have great padding. And I have gotten a lot of compliments on the detailing. My friends suggested I give them a try. They are now boots I wear all the time, and my feet do not hurt at all after wearing these. The heel is just enough to wear longer jeans too. I would buy from this brand again and again! A+ for comfort!

Got this boot in the Gray Suede. It is absolutely wonderful. Took it out of the box, put it on and wore it for 8 hours. Like wearing a cloud. I have a somewhat narrow foot, and the medium width was very comfortable on me. If you have a normal to wide width foot, I would get the shoe in "Wide". It is very cute, looks really good with black, brown, and denim. Great looking shoe! Worth the money.

I bought these shoes as a repeat Sofft brand buyer. Both pairs of my Sofft shoes are incredibly comfortable and fit well. I have big feet (size 12) so it's not that often that I find exactly the pair of shoes I'm looking for. These are very stylish, and I wear them all day at work with no issues. They fit perfect and look particularly great with some leggings or a skirt. When the time comes, I will be looking for my third pair of Sofft brand shoes.

Maybe I'm a little young for this boot. I've been looking for vintage-y boots with Victorian or spats-type detailing and thought I'd give these a look, but in person the heel height and shape lacks the edginess I prefer. It's just not... enough, you know? I wouldn't entirely dismiss it, though, because if you have issues that prevent you from wearing a higher heel, these might be right for you. They're roomy and comfy. Also, the leather's fairly nice quality, especially at the price point, the color is a good black (there are bad blacks, as some know), and I believe with the right styling it would look great for the right woman. I just believe that woman is a fashion-forward 45-50+.

This boot is both sexy and comfortable and looks great with jeans for a more casual look, or with tights and a skirt, for dressier occasions. The buttons remind me of old-fashioned spats, and I was pleased to find a quirky detail like this on shoes that were actually my size (11W). Shoe makers seem to think that women with larger feet don\'t want cute and interesting shoes! Not true! Sofft has several adorable styles--I just wish they offered more of them in wide widths. Note: the Orlena is better with thin socks or tights, as even medium-thickness socks make the toe a bit pinch-y.

I have had these boots for about 3 months and they are the most comfortable boot I own. I have several pair of sofft shoes and have been dealing with Zappos for a long time; their service is not to be outdone. I wear these boots on the average of three times a week and do a lot of walking. They have been to the cobbler once for soles and heels and are going again for both. I met another customer who has the same boots but looked different, she had someone spray hers with some kind of shoe lacquer and what a shine. I am going to have mine done this time. Like a new boot.

Great boot and very stylish. Got about 10 compliments within an hour of leaving my house. The leather is slightly stiff though and rubbed in a not great spot on front of my foot near ankle. It still hurts days later (I think I even bruised the front portion of legs...) I am so keeping my fingers crossed once I break them in they will be great. Looks so great with leggings.

These are so hot! I've been shopping Zappos for my Sofft shoe fix for about a year now & not only am I a huge fan of Zappos (they rock, free shipping either way!), but I love the Sofft brand. I just got these boots and love them! I am 53 years young, a gramma & love to dress stylishly. I wore these with my skinny jeans and a longer top and the line is long & lean. These boots are so cute, soft like buttuh! Sexy buttons, I love them!

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
