I could write an essay about how terrific Zappos is and still wouldn\'t be able to give them enough credit for what a great job they do. After having surgery on my left ankle and foot, it changed the size and shape of my foot, necessitating the use of orthotics and arch support in my shoes. It is extremely difficult to find shoes meeting my requirements without looking frumpy. I can never find any locally, so Zappos is my saving grace! It is the only place I can find a huge selection of different shoes, order them, try them on, then send back if they don\'t work. I have found that Munro shoes seem to fit well, and most of them are attractive. This particular pump is very comfortable as well as attractive. Thankfully, out of the last six pairs of shoes I ordered, these were the only ones I didn\'t have to send back. I am so grateful that Zappos offers me the flexibility of trying them on and sending them back without a return fee if they don\'t work. Thanks for your excellent service!

These are beautiful shoes. They are comfortable, and stylish; look great with tights and with pants. I recently took a long walk, on city streets, and was so surprised that my feet didn\'t hurt one bit. I bought black, and I plan to add other colors. Great shoe!
