Love these slippers! They are warm, and cozy and look great! They were a bit tight in the beginning, but quickly formed to my feet and are now completely comfortable. I got a pair for my daughter as well and she loves them, too!

These are absolutely the cutest slippers. Very comfortable, very soft. The design is stitched into the wool, not just painted on. Loved the brown pair enough to buy a red pair and I\'m eyeing the green pair as well. It felt tight in the toes at first, but has reshaped to my feet in very short order. It has a tiny bit of arch support.\r\n\r\nThe sole is not a full sole (there is a thin section under your heel and under the ball of your feet with a gap between), or I\'d wear them around town, too.

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
