Wow, these shoes run really small. I am normally a size eight so I ordered an eight and a half, and they were still way too tight. I love the look of the boot so I will try a size nine. I hope they fit.

way. Your culture of doing more than the customer expects is what makes shopping at Zappos.com such an enjoyable experience. I am currently redesigning a customer service
