I recently bought a pair of Lucchese boots. They are a vintage red and black. They look awesome and I get lots of compliments on them. I've never had a pair of boots like this. They aren't only awesome looking, but the size I ordered was the perfect size. They are conforming to my feet. I can't say enough good about them, I even bought a second pair. So my advice to you is you need to own a pair or two of Lucchese boots. I love them!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I like Olathe boots also, but prefer the Lucchese boot.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
