Perfect!
I sometimes take an 8 in Frye, more often an 8 1/2. I tried the 8 1/2 first and it was too long. The 8 is ideal. Very soft leather, high in quality and style. The back strap can be worn up or down, the latter of which I prefer. I don't have any problems with the strap slipping.

So pretty, but fit strangely. These are beautiful shoes, but did not fit well. Based on other reviews of Frye clogs I ordered down a half size, which made the shoes too small, but even so the back strap slipped all over the place (there is no mechanism for tightening it). Sigh!

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
