I was disappointed in this shoe, since I invested so much money in it, hoping that the design would be so comfortable. It is not. Okay, I used a shoe oil to loosen and stretch the leather. I will see if that really helped. Meanwhile, my hard-earned dollars would have been better saved than spent on this shoe.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: not sure, at this point. I researched this one, and hoped for more.

Great shoes! The size narrow fit my narrow foot perfectly. The heel height works great at the office or for going out after work. I would definitely recommend these pumps to others.

The shoe is exactly as it appears. Clean lines, not too tight pointy toe, runs true to size and above all is very comfortable! I bought it in this year's "it" color, anthracite gray, and it matches everything!

Gorgeous pump, but too narrow in the toes. I regret that I had to return this absolutely stunning pump because it pinched my toes beyond belief. I'm normally a size 8B and may try to get it in a wider size, to see if that solves the toe pinching problem. Such a pity if I cannot find one that fits, since these are the most elegant, little pumps I've seen in a while.

Classic, comfortable shoe. Sharp and works with everything. I am on my feet all day and bought Cole Haan Air pumps in many colors and in a variety. Most arrived early the next day. I love Zappos!

A classic, comfortable pump that's great for work. I just got these shoes for work and am very happy with them. They are not the sexiest or hottest shoe, true, but for work they are perfect. The heel is not too high, they are very comfortable, and they look polished and professional. They fit my narrow foot, too. They remind me of something Michelle Obama would wear.

This shoe looks like plastic. It does not feel like patent leather. Maybe it is the color. The front of the shoe is short, it is neither pointy nor round. It is somewhere in the middle. I ordered the wide and toe box was still too tight although the rest of the shoe felt wide. This is a return!

A classy comfortable pump!
The Miranda pump fit my narrow feet (heels especially) much better than the cute peep toe style. Nice look as it is low cut in the front so not a boring pump at all.
