Too bad. I should have read the reviews before buying. These are adorable and look so nice on, but unfortunately they fit small, tight and like all other reviews the straw band and the braided straps are irritating. I wouldn't mind ordering a size bigger but since the whole sandal feels uncomfortable I don't think it will help. I love Clarks and am sure I will find something else just as cute but more comfy.

Not good -
Sending them back. Wish I'd read the reviews. Blisters on the pinkies. Love Clarks usually but these are awful. Uncomfortable from the moment I put them on.

Not very comfortable.
I always thought Clarks were supposed to be comfortable shoes, but these run really narrow and simply don't fit. I tried another pair and had the same experience. Too bad, I like their styles.

Nice for a price -
I love the look of this shoe. The heel is a perfect height and the colors of the brown shoe are great. The big problem with this shoe is that I blistered where the straw of the shoe rubs against my foot. If there was a way to pad the straw, then this would be a fantastic shoe.

Great looking shoe, but fits quite narrow across toe box. Cross straps felt a bit tight as well.

Just alright -
I bought these shoes even though they weren't the cutest pair I found (they are cute, just not sexy) because I thought they'd be very comfortable. They don't hurt my arch, which was my big concern. However, the ropes rub my feet and I get blisters on the inside of my foot by my arch as well as on my pinky toes. I've been wearing them for a few weeks and it has not improved, I have to wear band aids in order to make it through a work day (sitting at my desk) to wear them. If I could do it over, I'd buy a different Clarks or Born shoe that didn’t cause me blisters.

So cute, but...
I bought these shoes in green. They are so cute and look good on, but are not nearly as comfortable as other Clarks I have purchased in the past. Maybe they will take more time to break in. I was going to get them in white also, but after trying the green, I think I'll pass.

Really cute if you have a narrow foot -
This shoe is extremely cute but so narrow. I wear an 8.5 or 9 and bought this in a 9 and it is not only borderline short, the footbed is tiny and I can often wear narrow size shoes. I may try the 9.5 b/c I do like them so much. I bought the brown-very neat.

Not as comfy as I had hoped -
I love the looks of this shoe and it goes with almost everything from capris to skirts. They are not as comfy as I had hoped but they are getting more comfortable the more I wear them. I have wide feet, so the strap across the instep was a little tight. The quality is first class and I get many compliments on them.

Gorgeous shoe but...
This sandal is gorgeous. Good for casual and dressy wear. However, it is not the best if you will be doing a lot of walking or standing all day. After about 3-4 hours my feet started to get very sore, and I ended up with blisters at the end of the day (one on the bottom of my foot - never had that happen before).
I now use these for those days I will be walking and or standing a moderate amount.
Zappos service is great! And this shoe really does look good, and is comfortable to a point. Just don't plan on walking most of the day in them.

Get the next 1/2 size up -
Listen to any reviewer who tells you these shoes run small. I've bought Clarks with this same footbed before in an 8. I ignored the advice to buy a 1/2 size up, and yep, they were too small. I think the style might make the overall fit a bit snug, especially across braiding. My feet run too flat, so if you have a high instep, beware. The red is GORGEOUS and the brown is rich, so they are beautiful, but get the 1/2 size larger!

Stylish and Painful -
I read all the reviews before I purchased this shoe. I'm very disappointed. I have somewhat of a narrow foot. I tried the shoes on and it seems that the footbed is narrow. As a result, when I walk in the shoe, my entire foot rubs against all the braided material and stitching on the shoe. The arch also hurts. Sadly, I must return them. I had HIGH hopes for these shoes.

Love this shoe!
This is an awesome looking shoe! I bought the green that has a unique look and have had lots of comments about the style! The wicker was a bit stiff at first, but broke in nicely. Recommend it highly. Love shopping with Zappos!

Love these shoes -
I ordered an 8, which was too short. So I'm sending it back. Called and ordered an 8.5. Just got the 8.5 and it fits great and feels very comfy on my feet. Love Zappos Customer Service. Upgraded shipping was able to get the shoes overnight! Great service.

This shoe is of course comfortable, it's by Clarks. It is also very stylish for casual wear. I bought this in the green and love it. I have a wider foot so I stretched the straps a little to give my foot more ease. The overall bed of the shoe is supportive and feels great.

Great color, but several issue -
The green is gorgeous, and the look is super. But looks aren't everything. These seem to be a bit narrow, which means your foot may rebel against the stitching on the platform and the sort of unforgiving nature of the braided cross pieces. If it weren't such a hassle to return shoes purchased with a gift card (and for all the greatness of Zappos, they can't seem to get their collective heads around simplifying the return process vis a vis gift cards), I would probably return them. But, at this point, I suppose I'll keep these just to avoid the stress of a return.

These are much more beautiful than the pic shows...I got them in beige, and they were comfortable from the first wearing-and obviously well made. I ordered them yesterday at 2:00pm and they were at my door by 1 pm today! Zappos does it again!

Took a day to "break them in"
The first time I wore these they made my feet sore and slightly blistered around the toe area by the end of the day, but this may be because my toe area seems to be wide for some shoes. I'm wearing them again today, with about the same amount of walking and they seem to be okay this time. I love the look - stylish, height, and up to date without having to sacrifice comfort. Clarks shoes are pretty good at that and true to size. I purchased the green, black and brown!

I loved the look and color contrast. The green was perfect for me---too bad that the braided cross straps hit my pinkie in a really bad spot.

Nice looking casual/dress sandal -
I bought this sandal to wear with casual suits for business and it looked like a low enough heel to deal with walking from location to location. At first, the jute on the toe-band rubbed my toes the wrong way, but by the end of the day, it was fine. I've worn them several times on business trips to the south, and I think they have both a casual and dress look.

I brought this shoe in brown. The cross piece is slightly gold. It's very attractive. I wore it on a recent cruise for the first time and it was extremely comfortable. Don't hesitate to buy this one.
