These boots are beautiful and super comfy! I just love them! I bought them to take to NY the weekend of the marathon (a friend was running) and I walked and walked all day with these boots on and they were brand new! My feet didn't hurt at all, which is remarkable because I always have to "break them in" a little until they are comfortable, but these were awesome from the start. Beautiful boots, soft Brazilian leather! Love them.

This boot was very comfortable from the first day of wear. I did not need to break it in and it has not given me any blisters, despite long days of walking. However, I did add a drug-store insole to the bottom, because sometimes you can feel the line of the heel connecting to the bottom of the boot. It is a very attractive-looking boot. I bought the olive/brown color, and it looks quite nice with most of my clothes. The boot also had room to tuck in any extra pant leg without trouble zipping up.

Quality & style. Quality, comfort & style best describes this boot. I ordered them in white and love them! A welcome change from the black boot. The fit is extremely comfortable. Zappos, please bring us more quality boots & shoes from both Brazil & Italy in this price range. My feet will be eternally grateful.

Really great boots. Opened the box, put these on and have hardly taken them off since. No breaking in needed at all. The leather is soft and so comfortable. They keep my feet warm and have enough traction on the bottom to keep them from being slippery. I have a narrower foot and these are perfect; don't flop around but they might be narrow for wider feet, though I think the leather will give. They are not too wide in the leg, but wide enough to wear over narrow-leg jeans. The only thing I didn't like at first was the insole has some ridges or bumps that are supposed to be orthotic, I guess. At first they were uncomfortable, but I quickly got used to them.

Can't believe it! I have a difficult size 11, imagine that in my own country, the Netherlands, 9 out of 10 pair don't fit. So ordering online is for me quite a heartrate uplifting experience. I was looking for more than a year for a pair of chic white boots. Found them! Length of size is perfect! The leg is wide enough! Only the foot feels a little small, but the leather is very soft and smooth so I feel it won't take much effort to break them a little in. By the way, ordered them on Saturday, came the next Tuesday. Couldn't believe my eyes! Good going Zappos!

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
