Leave it to the Canadians to craft comfortable and stylish boots. I have 4 pairs now and these new ones are no exception: super soft leather, comfortable, perfect heel height, and waterproof. I stepped ankle deep into a puddle this morning and they still look brand new. They are pricier than your average boots, but really hold up. I wear my black patent leather ones almost every day in the winter and 4 years later, they still look great. I normally wear a 6 to 6.5 and bought them in a 6.5. They do stretch a little over time, though. My black ones are loose, but with thicker tights in the winter, they feel fine.

I'm in love with these boots! I bought them to be my everyday boot this winter, and after wearing them a month I couldn't be happier with their fit and style. They are worth every penny! The sole is supportive and the lining is warm and soft microfiber. I walk so much that I almost never wear heels, but the height and stability on this pair make them as comfortable as flat boots. I've already walked miles of Boston cobblestone in them with absolutely no pain. Even better, both the heel and toe box have a curvy, delicate styling which dresses up jeans and slacks. It has yet to be seen whether they will stand up to the New England winter, but my other La Canadienne boots have never let me down!

I have Raynaud's syndrome and need a warm boot with plenty of toe room. Sometimes I have to put Grabber hand warmers in the toes of my shoes to keep circulation going. These boots do the trick plus they are really cute! I get lots of compliments. Wear them with jeans. Wear them with business suits. Expensive, but for me well worth it.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
