These are very cute shoes! I would definitely order at least a 1/2 size larger than you normally wear. I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered an 8. Still a little tight, but am hoping that they will stretch out some more. But overall, a very good value and extremely cute!

I am disappointed in these shoes. They were somewhat more comfortable than most of my flats, but they wear out quickly. I haven't had them for two months yet and there are holes near my heels. And I don't wear them often.

I did not care for these shoes at all. The style is very cute and classic, a very nice black flat. However, the leather is very stiff, and I'm not sure if they would every break in comfortably. They have a nice supportive sole, but again, I want to slip something on and love them if I'm paying this much! They simply did not fit me well at all, and I will probably not order this brand again.

Cute and quite comfortable. However, they run small. I am usually a size 8 and had to exchange for an 8.5.

These shoes are fab! Not only do they go great with jeans to a dress with tights, but they are comfortable! The inside gel cushions gives great support. Can wear to the office and on the street with jeans.

Zappos is great! I have twin daughters (age 15) that wear size 11 and 13 shoes! Very few shoe stores have any selection in this size range. With my girls being in the band and orchestra at their high school this means that every year we need to find black shoes to wear for concerts and Zappos comes through wonderfully (sometimes getting us the shoes we ordered with 2 days! That kind of service is unheard of these days). Their return system is easy and hassle-free. I will continue to order from Zappos until my daughters head off for college and since they know the website to go to I think that you have gained 2 customers for life! Thank you Zappos for making my life much easier.

I am very pleased with these flats. I am a teacher and I am on my feet all day. They are comfortable, and the soles have good traction. They look classy and trendy. You can wear them to work or out on the town. My feet are a bit wider across the toes, but I have a narrow heel. In this shoe the heel is narrow enough so that my heels never slip.

 |  | I have never been a big online shopper until I recently found myself with little time to go out and shop. I was browsing around for some boots online one day and after noticing my boss frequently getting Zappos packages, I decided to check you out. I found some great boots but they were a tad too small when I got them yesterday. I was bummed thinking I'd have to wait several more days to get my boots but I ordered the next size up last night at 10:00. I woke up to an email this morning saying my shipping was upgraded to priority shipping free of charge and would ship out TODAY?! Not even twelve hours after I placed my order! I hardly had time to get the tape on the box to return the first pair of boots and my new ones should be on my front porch when I get home (I tracked them and they are out for delivery!)
