Narrow toe. While the size was accurate, I agree with other reviews that the wide is not really wide. While the heel was fine, the toe was too narrow for my wide foot.

I bought these shoes because I was looking for cute, size 11.5 W flats. They are indeed cute, and the size is accurate, but they are far from the quaility I expected in a shoe of this price. There is no arch support and little cushion. They do not hurt my feet anywhere, but my feet are much more tired at the end of the day than when I wear my Clark\'s. While I appreciate the extended size options, I would love to see these remade into a more supportive shoe.

Very stylish shoe. Cute for hard to find larger sizes. I'm pregnant so very important to find comfortable shoe. No need to break these in. They fit right away and had decent support. Definitely recommend.

It seems that the wide isn't really wide. I have been trying for months to find a cute, casual flat and this is the third Fitzwell flat that I've purchased. All of them have been too narrow for me despite being considered wide. My feet looked like they were falling out of the sides. I don't feel you should order these if you have wide feet.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: None....haven't found a flattering flat yet.

These shoes are very stylish, but do take a day or two to break in. The first couple of days I wore them, they were not comfortable. The top of the shoes rubbed against my feet pretty harshly, leaving my feet red and irritated. However, now that they are broken in, they\'re comfortable. I\'ve been wearing them to work on a daily basis. They go great with business slacks.

My 15 year old granddaughter is now wearing a size 12 shoe! As you can imagine, shoes in that size for a young woman are extremely hard to find. She saw these shoes and was so happy to also see that they were available in her size. The best part is that they fit very nicely. I hope Zappos will add even more "large" size shoes in styles appropriate for younger women. There are lots of size 12s coming along in the marketplace.

I ordered a 7W in case it ran narrow, but not only was the 7W too narrow, the shoe was also too short for me. I can sometimes wear a 6-1/2 so having a 7 run too short was a surprise. The shoe is attractive, but they really run small.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
