So disappointed! Although these shoes are very pretty, the wide sized shoe is not a wide at all. I usually wear a 7.5 wide and bought an 8 wide. It was so small and narrow that I could not even put it on. So sad.

What a sweet shoe! I love it. It is exactly what I wanted. Everyone is right: the "white satin" is really ivory. They are very "bridal".

My usual shoe size is 7 M(B), but I ordered size 7.5 M(B) Romantic soles Geneva in Red Napa Leather because other reviewers said this shoe ran small. Heel to toe, the larger size fit perfectly. The shoe was just way too wide for my normal width feet. Plus, the color is not red whatsoever, but rather a much paler pink. A final deal breaker for me was that these shoes squeaked loudly during my trial walk around the house. This is a beautiful looking shoe but it doesn\'t work for me.

I bought these as a special occasion shoe to attend a wedding, because my broken little toe hadn\'t quite healed enough for heels. The shoe is pretty and lightweight and was wide enough, so I kept it. It is also flimsy and fragile with no support, so it\'s definitely a shoe for an indoor occasion. It served its purpose and I will probably wear it again, especially with soft trousers, but for the quality and construction, I found the price to be high.

A very elegant shoe in dressy fabric. Loved having a flat-heeled option in a dress-it-up or dress-it-down shoe this pretty!

This shoe is true to size and has a good amount of room in the toe box. Unfortunately, due to foot pain, I have had to give up heels for the most part so I am always looking for a cute and comfortable flat, and this is it! I receive a compliment every time I wear them, and I'm considering getting another color. Just note that the silver is a satin-like material, and is almost "bridal." At first I didn't like that, but now I am loving mixing them up with boyfriend jeans, etc. and they really add a pop to my outfits. Love them!

Although I loved the look of these shoes they were too short and the D width seemed like a B width. Very disappointing because they are such a great looking shoe.

Beautiful shoes, but I wouldn't call them "white", more like ivory which was actually what I wanted. The size, however, was very small, at least a full size smaller than what I wear. The wides are not really wide, either, just a bit wider than a medium. Zappos return policy is so great I just ordered them in a larger size.

I was very disappointed in these shoes. They were very tight and had little arch support. They also were more formal looking in person than in the picture.

These shoes are extremely cute, but they squeak very noisily, far too much to tolerate. I ordered sizes 11 and 11.5 in the red since I wasnt sure how the fit would be, and the same 2 sizes in the Black Satin. I think they might run slightly small, but the sizing wasnt the problem. All four pairs squeaked quite a lot. It\'s too bad, because this shoe looks like one made by French Sole that is more expensive, and these are basically the very same shoe. I guess I\'ll have to give no points for appearance, however, because the squeaking means you can\'t buy the shoes, much less wear them anywhere.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
