Just when I thought my hunt for the perfect brown boot had come to an end, I will be returning these. While the boot fit my foot fine, I could not pull the shaft of the boot over my calf - which is something I\'ve never had a problem with before. I think if the zipper went all the way to the top, that could have helped. Also, the heel was a little higher than I expected. So sad... The search continues!

Gorgeous boots, just a bit too big! I ordered the Nine West Mug in the grey, and I'm usually between an 8.5 and 9. I ordered the 9 and they are a bit too long in the foot, as well as being loose in the calf. I have average sized calves and have never had trouble with boots fitting in that area before. The heel is also pretty high, but wasn't too uncomfortable in the short time I walked around in them. The color is absolutely gorgeous. I just wish they fit a bit better. Sadly they will have to be returned.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
