These boots are comfortable yet sexy. They look fabulous with with a short skirt. For a more conservative look, they look fantastic with a medium length skirt. I am a teacher and I'm on my feet all day. These boots are ultra comfortable. I highly recommend these boots!

So cute! I, too, have big girl calves and I'm short, so it's always been difficult for me to find knee-high boots that fit my legs. These Naturalizer boots worked beautifully. I did ask my cobbler to stretch the top of the boots slightly while also taking in the ankles. For an extra $20, these look custom made. The side pleating is a cute but not overwhelming detail, and the heel height is very comfortable. The foot fit is very true to size. These are my favorite boot purchase of the year!

This black boot is perfect for me. Since I have a very wide calf it is as if I had it made to fit. I really am enjoying them.

I have large calves and wide feet and was so happy to finally find a stylish boot that met all of my sizing needs. They fit from day, didn't need to break them in. They are comfortable enough for me to walk my 1 mile to work every morning (and the return) and I've received many compliments on them.

These boots are great! They are very comfortable and stylish. I have trouble finding boots that will fit around my calf and these worked great! It is so easy to order from Zappos and they were delivered so quickly! Love \'em!

I cannot believe Zappos! I ordered these boots on a Saturday night and got them on Monday! I love them. They fit my wide feet and calves perfectly and are super comfy. In some styles I need a 9, but these 8 1/2W were great. They are also super cute. Zappos comes through again!

Yay! Finally boots that fit my 15.5" calves and will zip up over skinny jeans, no problem. Ladies, these boots are fabulous. They're comfortable and stylish. The detail at the ankle makes your ankle look dainty and if they start to slouch, then that detail will disguise it. The heel is a comfortable height. I'm a teacher and I think I'll be able to walk all over campus and teach all day in these with no problems. I've ordered more than 10 boots this season and these are the only ones I haven't returned.

I absolutely love this boot! It has a just right heel that I can wear all day. They are comfortable all around. The wide shaft allows me to wear slim jeans with comfort.

Love these boots! The leather is really nice quality. The wide calf fits me perfectly and the ankles don't bunch like some wide calf boots do. Definitely recommend!

Almost didn't buy these boots because I thought the price was a little bit out of my comfort range. Oh my! Am I glad that I did! They are so comfortable, the shaft is plenty wide, they aren't tight around the ankle. Able to wear them for a long period of time and they look really great with a skirt or jeans. Great heel height (I like a little higher, but they are fine). If not so expensive, I would buy these in brown, also. Great purchase!

These boots are fabulous! Sexy, comfortable, and beautiful. What more do you want? Size is true. Strap and button ramp up the style. Heel is perfect with jeans, slack, or skirts. Lots of compliments.

I have tons of trouble finding comfortable boots that fit my "athletic" calves, but also hate to sacrifice fashion for comfort. I can wear these all day without pain, and they are fashionable enough to look cute with dresses, pants and skirts. Good value, and Zappos service as always is top notch!

I love these boots. For the first time ever I was able to zip a pair of tall boots up without cutting off circulation to my leg. I think I even have room to wear them over a pair of jeans!

Wow! For the first time I was able to find a comfortable and stylish leather dress boot that allowed me to fit a pair of skinny jeans and knee socks in the shaft and still zip with ease! I got so many compliments on these the first day I wore them out of the box, and I heard over and over, "Those are Naturalizers?", which I took as a compliment. Most wide calf boots I find are either terribly unbecoming or also wide at the ankle, which I do not need, but this pair was the perfect package. I wore them from 7:30 am until 11:00 pm and did quite a bit of walking in them and they were quite comfortable until the very end.

I love these boots! I am admittedly a bit of a snob when it comes to leather quality; I usually choose Cole Haan or another higher end brand. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and absolutely adore these boots. It\'s been tough to wait for the weather to get cooler so I could wear them more regularly.

The boots are beautiful. They fit my wide calf nicely and they are sleek, stylish, and relatively comfortable. The comfort level for me is a 4/5. I still wear a gel pad with them and can walk short distances or intermittently stand. If I walk in combination with standing on my feet all night, I will get ball-of-foot pain, but this is really common for me with any heel. The style is incredible; I always get compliments on them. Part of the beauty is that the sole is low-profile and the heel is covered in leather. However, these features also make the boot more susceptible to damage. I have worn them a handful of times, but the heel is a little torn up and the toe area got scuffed already because it is so close to the ground. I live and work in a city, though, so it is rough on any shoe. I am sure a shoe doctor can fix this, or reinforce them somehow. Overall I recommend them for high quality leather, excellent style, and moderate comfort.

This is my first attempt at buying knee high boots, and the first time I learned my 15 inch calves are wide or "athletic." Either way, these were the first black boots I found that had some style and would still zip up. There is a gap at the top, but I am petite, and I am sure the top would hit the fuller part of one's calf on a taller woman. You can't beat them for the price.

Gorgeous, good-smelling leather. My calves are 15 1/4" minimum and only 5'3". These had plenty of room with over an inch opening around the top zipped & just below the knee tall. Beautiful design; leather "button-fastened [bigger than a quarter] pleats" across the foot. Foot fit fantastic, true to 9W and slightly more than some 9Ws. This is a killer classy, sexy, well made dress boot. My problem: I can't wear the true-to-stated-height heel. They're slim tips like dress pumps & my ankles say only stacked or lower. If 2" or lower, no way would I give 'em up!
