true, the sandal is comfortable because of the padded footbed, but the sling back is not adjustable so can be a problem. I had to return since one of the straps kept falling down.

I love this shoe! It is true to size and one of the most comfortable high heel sandals I have ever worn. It is very versatile as it goes nicely with a dressy dress, with a business suit, or blue jeans.

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
