Disappointing. Love the height, but the "toe box" was way too big. There was about a 1/2 inch between the top of my foot and the inside of the shoe. I agree that the heart-shaped "promiscuous" cushion under the heel is very uncomfortable. It felt like a rock under my heel (I didn't try to add an insert). I also ordered 2 pair of Gabriella Rochas at the same time (same height) and will be keeping those.

The shoes are even more beautiful than the pictures show. I constantly receive comments as I wear these out, they have a unique but classy design. For the size of heel, the shoes are very comfortable; I wore them to a conference and was able to walk around several days in them. Easily one of my favorite pairs of shoes.

AMAZING!!!...BUT -
These shoes are absolutely amazingly beautiful, even more than in the pics! They fit true to size. I normally wear between and 8 1/2 and a 9, but I ordered the 9 and they were slightly loose, so if you're an in between sizes like me go for the smaller. The only prob I had is that there is the promiscuous heart logo the is raised up like a bit of a bubble right where the heel of your foot rests and it is uncomfortable, but once I put in cushion pad it was just fine. This is a real catch, girls!
