Classic glamour! Ordered this shoe in black suede. Looks amazing, almost like a kitty paw! Classic, Old Hollywood, Ann Margret, Statement shoe! Delivery was fast also. Very impressed all around. Thanks again!

I was shopping at the Charles David web site, I found the shoes that were exactly what I wanted, a beautiful blue suede. I purchased them and received them in two days. After I purchased the shoes, I noticed the reviews below the shoes; they were all negative, I was worried until they came. I swore after trying them on that all my worry was for nothing, they were true to size, the comfort and quality was as I expect from Charles David, excellent. All the negative comments were untrue. I love my shoes, they are well made fit well, and they are very pretty. I will send all my friends; Zappos handled my getting my shoes quickly and made it a positive experience. Thanks for asking my opinion.

Pretty, but painful!
I really wanted to like this shoe, but it was just too uncomfortable for me. The shoe itself is gorgeous, and please note that the gold parts of the shoe are a very bright, shiny gold. If you wear a lot of gold jewelry, it'd probably look nice, but otherwise it's obnoxious. The toe box didn't cramp my toes, but the shoe cut into the sides of my feet and was hard to walk in due to the heel construction. Also, the shoe cuts into the ankle area and slips in the heel area

Over the price and the snake skin looks so fake, also this kind of shoe is made for person with very, very short toes, not so pretty to see most of your toes.

I love my DB. This was my first DB purchase and I love it. It's roomy, stylish, a pretty color. Perfect for spring. My co-workers adored it. My sister coveted it. The leather smells so rich and I love the way it fits on my shoulder. And the price was even better. With no shipping and handling fee and I got it in two days, I'll say I got a great deal. Thanks so much Zappos!

Great looking pumps -
Great looking pumps, a bit uncomfortable in the front. However, the order arrived the next business day, which was Christmas Eve!!! Great service!

Sexy Shoe -
Very sexy shoe. Runs a little big had to get a 1/2 size smaller. The front of the shoe is a little small, they should have made it a little bigger. Hopefully when I wear it out for New Years they'll stretch.

 |  | Hi Fabulous Zappos Team: Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Barb and I just finished reading an absolutely delightful article about your company and corporate culture. I was so genuinely impressed that I wanted to send you all a note of thanks. Thanks for being the genuine article! My entire adult work life I have tried to promote a happy, customer focused work environment. While I have always been extremely productive from being authentic and caring, certain supervisors looked at my ways as being suspect and a little weird. Yes, it's true they felt a respectful, caring attitude was a waste of time and actually did not care if their current customers were satisfied. How they didn't equate that current happy customers equals monetary success now and later through referrals is still beyond me. They also never "got it" that their incredibly high employee turnover cost them dearly. Trained, happy people produce positive results. I worked with a company as a manager for the past 8 years that went through 29 managers in the 2 locations closest to me in my 1st two years of employment. Finally I decided to leave after not being able to effect positive change in my boss. Amazingly at Zappos the positive goes CEO down and back up - way to go! Being the eccentric optimist I am, I left my job and figured I'd have a great job in no time. Unfortunately, I am still looking for a positive, proactive position and was getting a little blue until I read the article tonight about Zappos. The great news is that my faith has been restored. There actually is a company that values what is really important and not just in a PR lip-service kind of way. I wish you all enormous success, big bucks, and happiness. I hope that your corporate culture spreads out like wild-fire to other businesses so that people like me who live it and believe it can experience it in our careers. If my husband wasn't off serving in Iraq, I'd probably be there beating down the door for a job, but it is in extremely bad form to sell the house and move away while the husband is out of the country for a year.
I most sincerely appreciate: Your Zappos core values that you really follow. Your supporting your employees to learn more, be happier
and spread happiness. And that you promote customer service, not the usual customer DIS-service people I often get on the phone. P.S. Here are 3 of my Barb-ism's 1.
