Not good enough. Unfortunately, the shoe is not only half the cost of what it is trying to imitate, but it is also half the shoe. The external look and construction is okay if not spectacular, but the interior of the shoe is not made to anywhere near the quality and finish of the MBT. At the end of what for me is a routine 12 hour day I cant wait to get them off. My MBT's I would put on when I got up and took off when I went to bed often 16-18 hours later, and 2 1/2 years later alternating two pair I had to have a replacement. I feel that honesty compels me to say also that I weigh 360 Lbs, but if you are going to make a shoe in my size, it should meet my needs.

I bought a pair of these for my Husband after I bought a Women\'s pair for myself. He loves them. They are very stylish and very comfortable. We both love these shoes. Get a pair while they are in stock as they move fast!

I bought myself & my husband a pair & we both love them. I work at Target & I'm on my feet for 8 hours straight and my feet or legs never hurt anymore. They're like walking on air. I love them. I will be ordering another pair. My husband also loves his; he has knee trouble and these shoes help the walking. Thank you.

Upon arrival, they appeared harmless enough, so I began by trying them on. They are heavier than the X-trainers I usually wear, and they don't breathe as well as my flip-flops, or my X-trainers for that matter. Come to think of it, initially they felt like I suspect concrete galoshes would at the bottom of a lake! As I experienced the improvement in my gait mechanics and the stimulation of muscles that had been dormant for years, this feeling wore off quickly. I have flat feet and have never felt any pain in my arches. I walk anywhere from 1-5 miles per day and on my feet for about 3 hours per day. I love the Shape Ups and wish I could find another reason to wear them for a longer period of time. They are the real deal, just like advertised. In fact, if they were a little lighter and breathed a little better, I would recommend them for race-walking marathons.

 |  | I want you to know how pleased I am that my dad received his shoes so quickly! He got them today. I am amazed! He is a patient at the VA hospital in Denver. He is a WWll combat veteran who lost his leg after stepping on a land mine. Recently, he was taken to the VA hospital because no one at his present home could care for him. He was sick, malnourished, and to add insult to injury, could not use his prosthetic leg because it caused a sore on his amputated stump. To shorten a long story, he had no shoes with him with which to begin learning to use his new prosthesis. I ordered them Saturday as soon as I hung up talking with him and he received them today. Now he can begin the long journey to regain his stride and health. He will be returning to the east coast of Virginia to be with family.
