I love my Shape Ups! I don't usually like to spend over this much on shoes, but these are worth it. My feet feel so good when I wear them. I need to wear every day. I don't know yet how much I am "shaping up", but I do enjoy wearing them every day. I guess I need to get a another color and style of Shape Ups.

I have been wearing MBT and wanted another pair. Only I did not want to spend $200.00 Plus. I looked into the Shape Up line that Skechers had introduced as a workout shoe. I wear this type of shoe every day and not just for a workout. I like the Skechers shoe better than the MBT and will be buying more of them. When does their winter boot come out, hopefully soon.

Have only had the shoes several weeks. Take a little bit of getting used to, but comfortable. But jury out on whether they do anything for the body. I can feel a little tension in my muscles, but nothing uncomfortable and I was easily able to wear the shoes all day long early on without any pain or suffering. Shoes appear to be true to size. I have a narrow foot, but the regular size seems to fit me well. Shoe is a little on the heavy side, but the toe box is roomy. I like the looks. Only complaint is that the soft contrasting leather strip in the back (similar to the one in the front) seems to scuff up easily. Great service from Zappos.

Comfy shoe - I wore these right out of the box for 8hrs at work, and every day since then. Totally eliminated any foot/knee soreness & fatigue. I did not feel any of the "different muscles" getting "worked", but I bought it mainly for the comfort benefits, not the workout ones. Great shoe, not a lot of flex in the toe when bending or kneeling. Shoes are heavy and tall, so lateral movements & climbing on step-stools felt awkward and unstable. This is my first "barefoot" style shoe, but I'm pleased with my experience so far. I wear a size 8.5 in Nike and ended up doing an exchange for an 8.5 in the Shape-Ups. The 9's were too big, not providing a snug fit in the heel (I sized up because I have a wider foot, E, but the regular width on the shoe felt fine. I'd say I'm pretty flat-footed, beefier (lol), & am an under-pronator. A snug heel makes a huge difference in how your foot rolls over the wedge in the sole. There is no room for over-the-counter orthos in this shoe, but I haven't needed them so far. Zappos made the exchange easy and provided the best customer service I've ever encountered in retail.
