well first i want to say delivery was the FASTEST i have ever experienced. I order one day, saw the UPS truck in my neighborhood the next day, thought no way,can\'t be the boots and there they were! Not sure how but man it was quick.\r\n\r\nThe Boots: great fit, true to size, easy to get on and off, which i need. Have not been able to test them for being water proof, since the snow has not started to fly yet. \r\n\r\nLittle dissapointed in that they were in a local store for the same price, thought they were discounted, but at least i did not pay shipping. \r\n\r\nI am hopeful they will keep me cozy warm and dry in the NH snow belt.

I bought these boots because they are predicting a cold and snowy winter for the Northeast. I liked the pattern so much I did not care if they matched my winter jackets. No snow yet but they feel very warm. A little on the large side, I put in an insole. Perhaps with a heavier sock it will fit more snugly. My adult daughter ooh'd and ahh'd when she saw them. Can't wait to wear them but I'm not looking forward to all that snow.

Sole disappointment -
Just received these boots. They are super soft and cute. But the sole seriously lacks any cushion or support. I compared them to a pair of Patagonia I also ordered and those molded to my feet. These North Face boots felt like I was walking on wood planks. I had high hopes for these boots, but I'm returning them.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Patagonia Lugano Waterproof

Have worn these boots, they are very comfortable, easy and safe walking, warm; everything I was looking for. Love these boots. Have shopped with Zappos and have always found service to be impeccable and quick. Thank you.

These were just as described and they are what I wanted. I got them in the white "paisley" and they seem comfortable and true to size. My foot is very wide at the front and very narrow at the heel, for which I use pads in all my shoes and they work here, too. They arrived at my door the day after I ordered them, which I found to be thrilling (free shipping).

These boots are super warm and great for the winter. They can be tucked under jeans or worn over pants and look cute either way. I have them in black and thought I'd wear them just a handful of times but wore them surprisingly often. Very comfortable. Good for snow, but I wouldn't jump in puddles with them, as water can come in through the lacing area. Otherwise I'd say they're perfect.

Warmest and most comfy boot ever! Feels like a soft downy cushion surrounding your foot. Supportive sole that molds to your foot. Durable and water repellant, so I'm expecting these will hold up well this winter.
