The Born shoes are true to size and extremely comfortable. They look great with jeans and also work for semi casual with slacks. Felt a little narrow, but not bad.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! I am a true BORN fan and every fall I order several pair of their simple lace up shoes to wear with my jeans for style and comfort. I can walk for miles in these shoes and it still feels like I have my slippers on! You know how we all own those few pair of favorite shoes that we always turn to when we are going to be on our feet all day and do not want to have to worry about whether our feet will bother us? And we cannot take the chance that we might have a problem? Well, these WONDERFUL shoes are perfect for everyday as they mold to your feet and are just the best things ever. Thank you, Zappo's for always having great shoes in stock when I need them, and for your stellar customer service for all the years I have been a fan--this is the finest site on the web, and the finest customer service on the planet. Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Extremely narrow! I ordered these to wear with jeans so I could look sharp in the big city and not like a bumpkin with sneakers. My foot is just regular width, but I could not get my foot inside them. If you have narrow feet, these are for you. It's nice to deal with Zappos because they are so honorable in their practices and their staff is always great.

 |  | I have told EVERYONE about Zappos.com. I first heard about you from a co-worker who is a shoe freak - she loves your site. When I couldn't find the shoes my dad has worn for years anywhere in local retail shops - I visited your site and found the exact pair, size and FREE shipping. I was hooked. When my stepdaughter said she needed a dutch oven for X-Mas, I immediately logged on and found not one, but 2 styles at great prices - and FREE shipping - so I ordered BOTH of them - THEN today I get an e-mail saying you've upgraded my shipping so she'll get it in time to use for Thanksgiving cooking - HOW GREAT IS THAT? I love y'all -and will continue to sing your praises to any and everyone who bemoans on-line shopping - or hates to go to the mall. YOU ROCK!
