I live in the Midwest where we all know it can get brutally cold and wet. I wanted a boot that will keep me warm and dry, without feeling too clunky and looking ugly. I think I have found the solution. These are actually quite comfortable and do not feel like Frankenstein shoes. They have a little bit of a snow bunny look to them as well. It\'s still only Fall, but I\'m anxious for some snow so that I can wear these and test out their warmth. Columbia is a reputable brand, and I\'m hopeful their recommendation for the temperature extremes of this boot are accurate.
