I recently purchased two pairs of Merrell; the Pivot Lace was just one of them. This is the 3rd pair of Merrells I have purchased and the only shoe that I've worn that has fit my foot comfortably and provided great support. I am a big guy and at times I am on my feet for a long periods of time. These are great shoes that are very well constructed!

For me you can't beat Merrell shoes for comfort and durability. The waterproof Pivot Lace is no different. This was my first order from Zappos. They blew me away and I hope their customer service business model is profitable and thrives. The initial order was a bit small for my feet. Zappos sent me an exchange next day air! The UPS label to return the wrong sized shoe was literally 3-clicks of the mouse. Previously, I bought all our shoes at Reyers of Sharon, PA. They claim to be the world's largest shoe store. They are a first class outfit, but from now on I will use them for "final" sizing before ordering from Zappos. To top it off, Zappos was less expensive than anywhere else I looked. Can you tell I'm hooked on these people?

 |  | I have told EVERYONE about Zappos.com. I first heard about you from a co-worker who is a shoe freak - she loves your site. When I couldn't find the shoes my dad has worn for years anywhere in local retail shops - I visited your site and found the exact pair, size and FREE shipping. I was hooked. When my stepdaughter said she needed a dutch oven for X-Mas, I immediately logged on and found not one, but 2 styles at great prices - and FREE shipping - so I ordered BOTH of them - THEN today I get an e-mail saying you've upgraded my shipping so she'll get it in time to use for Thanksgiving cooking - HOW GREAT IS THAT? I love y'all -and will continue to sing your praises to any and everyone who bemoans on-line shopping - or hates to go to the mall. YOU ROCK!
