Too wide for my "low volume" foot -
I was sorry this cute and comfortable shoe didn't fit my narrow foot. I am not sure they really understand what AA means.

The best sandals! My feet are very hard to fit, long and narrow. And these sandals, in narrow, fit perfectly! I was so happily surprised. I wore them to a graduation, walked all day, and they felt great. So comfortable. I plan to take them traveling to Buenos Aires. Very cute. Great with skirts, but can be more casual with jeans or shorts. I found these very true to size, a 9.5 N. I am so happy with these shoes. And appreciate Zappos letting me return all the ones that don't fit.

I like these sandals but the back heel section is shorter than a normal sandal. They are comfortable but I find myself trying to make sure my foot is all the way into the sandal and not hanging off the back. They are true to size on the width for a wide sandal.

Ordered several pairs of shoes trying to find a comfortable pair to wear to my daughters wedding. They needed to be dressy but flat and wide. These fit the bill perfectly and I can wear them with a more casual outfit also. The first pair seemed to be noisy on the heel of the right foot so I thought they were defective and ordered a second pair. Same issue, but in a crowded room you could not hear it. I have very wide feet and these were great. Wore them through the entire event.

I bought these sandals in soft gold multi color. They go with everything in the closet and are the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned. I would love to buy a pair to save for next summer, but that color is out. Treat yourself and order these shoes!

HEAVEN!
I wanted a comfortable sandal that wasn’t frumpy. These have surpassed all my expectations and hopes. The heel is 3/4 inch. It’s low enough to be comfortable, but gives the illusion of height. The extra wide is ACTUALLY extra wide. The foot bed feels squishy and has tons of support. They are truly comfy. To test them, the day after they arrived, I wore them to do our weekly shopping. After hours of walking/shipping and chasing a 3 year old, my feet DO NOT hurt. And best of all, they’re SO CUTE! While out running errands, I was stopped 3 times by women who wanted to tell me they loved my sandals and where did I get them. Don’t hesitate!

Weird Shape -
I ordered this shoe in a 6.5 medium width. The shoe was not long enough at the back and my heel was hanging off of it about 1/4 of an inch. The footbed in the front was really long. I had to send it back because it would be uncomfortable to have my heel hanging off of the back of the shoe.

I am so disappointed that this shoe does not fit! It is so cute in the picture. I ordered it in Extra Wide and it is not wide at all! I could not get my toes into it! My daughter who has B width feet tried it on and it was tight on her too.

I really like the look and feel of this shoe. Because of my swollen feet, the leather straps are a little uncomfortable. However, I would love to order this shoe in other colors, but I cannot find them online. I am completely satisfied with Zappos and I recommend it to friends and family.

Strange proportions -
I returned a pair of these that were my regular size because they were too loose and long in front. The half-size smaller pair still fits oddly. The toe looks too long and the back is barely long enough to support my heel. The strapping hits my small toe in an uncomfortable place, stitches rubbing the toe when I walk.

Great Sandal!
This is my first pair of Softspots and I am so impressed! Size is perfect. I wear a 7ww and the width perfectly. The shoes are so comfortable right out of the box! No break in period required. Cute, too!

Surprising fit -
This shoe is not bad-looking, although not really a fashion star either. The low heel is nice. I was really surprised at the fit though. I have a very high instep, and that's where these shoes were too loose. It was strange because the width of the shoe was fine; there was just a lot of extra room at the instep. The other problem was that for a WW shoe, the heel support was extremely narrow.

This is the first shoe I have ever sent back and I shop here a lot, but I could barely squeeze my 9-1/2WW foot into it. It seemed much narrower than other WWs I have worn. I also have a high instep and that makes it difficult to find a good fit sometimes. Zappos provides great service though and I'll keep coming back!

These shoes are very uncomfortable. The leather does not give and consequently has given me two very big blisters. Boo!

I bought the black Fitzwell Vanessa flats. So pretty in pictures, but the pointy toe is REALLY pointy toed. Looked too "witchy-poo" to me. They weren't comfortable and the sides were very short (my little toe nearly popped out the side). I have very narrow feet, and even though I ordered a size up, my toes were squished. They were pretty, but not functional. I had to return them.

Super comfy shoe -
OK, these look a little dowdy--at least on a larger foot, like mine (sz 12). But holy COW are they comfortable. Like slippers--I wear them around the house sometimes. I bought them in tan and the leather is soft--they required no breaking in and there was no rubbing (perhaps the other colors are made from a stiffer leather). The footbed, like all Softspots shoes, is thick and plush. Overall, I'm glad I got them, even if I haven't worn them outside much.

I have wide feet (EE) and open-toed slides in EE are harder and harder to find. This is a wonderful shoe. I slipped it on and was amazed at the comfort. It is almost as if someone else had broken them in for me. I will buy these again.

I ordered and received the metallic sandal. Although I enjoy them, they are a little wide for narrow and breaking them in (they rubbed a little on the right front) was slow.

These sandals are okay.
I have narrow feet and these are tight. I think that they will stretch and eventually be comfortable. I usually LOVE Softspots. They are good looking sandals. They can be dressed up or very casual. Soul is comfortable; padded. Heel is a nice height.

It took a while, but I finally found a pair of sandals that fit and were very comfortable! I have bad feet that hurt a lot so I have to be careful about the shoes I buy and wear. These passed the test!

I am so happy with Hadley by Softspots. The best part of Softspots is the soft footbed. It is so comfortable in the summer time. Much better than a leather lining where you foot can perspire and be uncomfortable.
