Love the shoes, my only complaint is the back is rather high and the left shoe rubbed a blister at first, but I have had tendon repair on that ankle and I have trouble with many shoes rubbing a blister. I\'ve never used Zappo before but was pleased with the service. I liked not paying postage and since I wear a 5 1/2, I have trouble finding shoes in my size in a retail store.

These shoes are a little slice of heaven! They are so comfortable and really cute, too. They seem a little narrow, so if you have a wide foot, they may not be for you, however. I bought this style because the instep doesn't come up very high and leaves me plenty of room for my high arches. I highly recommend this shoe!

Pearlies are perfect but too narrow in toe - first pair I bought from Privo! They look great but are too narrow in toe region. Got next size up, same thing only too long. Very Frustrating! Wish they came in wide because of too narrow toe box. Will they stretch out in width? Awesome look.

These shoes are so cute, but sadly they run short. I keep trying to wear them anyway and always end up having to change shoes due to hurting toes. \r\n\r\nLove my other Privos, the size on these just isn\'t the same.\r\n\r\n

These shoes are very cute, but I was for the first time ever disappointed with a pair of Privos. In the past I have always ordered the same size, never had to try them on, and I could be guaranteed of a perfect fit. There is something not quite right about the design, especially as pertains to the toe box region. Ouch, and I don't think it was just a matter of ordering the next half size up. I certainly won't give up on Privos based on this experience, but I do hope it was an isolated incident!

I love Privos but find that every style fits differently which can be frustrating. I think the Pearlie is very narrow across the widest part of the foot. I tried one size up, but then they were too long. Sadly, the Pearlie is not for me. Likewise I have other styles that I tried to buy in multiple colors and some colors fit differently than others. I will still buy Privos, because of their comfort, but I wish they could standardize their sizes.

These shoes are nice. They look great and the insole is super comfortable. They must be worn with socks for the first week or so because the heel rubs a blister. It feels like it could be a seam, or stitching inside. They are not as wide as I like, but I am hoping that they will stretch a bit over time. I would definitely recommend them, but they are not as comfortable as my other Privos. They are too snug and a hair too short in the toe box.

These are very cute. I ordered the wine color and find I can wear them with a lot of things. Very comfortable, as are all Privos. The stitching on top dresses them up a bit.
