Are you sure this is leather? Frankly I am not convinced this is real leather. Stiff and artificial looking. I have seen better looking faux leather for $39.00. A real disappointment and 1st major failure of Zappos to deliver the goods!

I searched forever for the perfect biker jacket to replace my old, huge, worn-out one. This Hurley jacket has the classic style I was looking for, and without the bulkiness of actual riding jackets. It fits me like a glove and it looks great. The leather is so thin that I'm afraid I'll rip it, though, and it's definitely not the highest quality. But at less than half the price of other stylish biker jackets, I won't complain! As for fit, I got the XS and the sleeves are quite narrow compared to some other clothing. If you want to wear a sweater under it, go up a size.

I am delighted with my purchase! I ordered on Saturday; it arrived on Monday (imagine that)! This is a beautiful jacket, at a reasonable price. It's soft and fits perfectly. Most jackets that I have seen in the stores have turned out to be leather imitations, it's so frustrating. I was afraid of the pig-in-a-poke thing, but this is a quality product which I will be enjoying for years to come. Thanks so much!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
