I am always skeptical about buying shoes online.These Clarks (Cobra) desert boots that I purchased are the best. They fit and feel so nice. I even ordered a pair in a red nylon type material. They are my new favorite pairs of shoes. My experience in dealing with Zappos has been a total and complete pleasure. Upgraded shipping at no extra cost! Wonderful! Even when I have ordered shoes and they did not fit right returning and exchanging was simple. New sizes were shipped right out before I had even returned the old shoes. Customer service is awesome! Thank you, Team Zappos!

Great shoe. Incredibly comfortable, very supportive, and great traction even in the winter. Really, what more could you ask from a shoe?

Great looking, but are a bit small. I thought they would fit like the wallabee, but don't. I have to return them now because they don't make a 15.

Holy cow! These have the look of wallabees from the top, but are so freakin' comfortable it's ridiculous. True to size; feels like a sneaker, but looks amazing.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My friend Tim (Concord OH) told me you were THE place to buy shoes and boy was he right! I returned the one pair of New Balance 608's today at the post office. When I filled out the return form online last night, I also ordered another pair in 4E and it arrived at 3:30 pm today! WHAT SERVICE!!! I will be keeping this pair as they fit great! I have an awful time buying shoes, and I appreciate your free return policy. I will be sure to tell everyone that Zappos is THE place to shop online!
