These boots are great! They\'re dressy enough for sweater dresses/skirts and casual enough for jeans. The heel isn\'t overly chunky so they appear more sleek in person than the picture reveals. They\'re also quite skinny so thicker calves might be pushing it. True to size but I went a half size up to accommodate for stockings in the colder weather. Very comfortable...could wear them all day without problems. I was nervous about the buckle but it\'s not over the top...not a bad accessory to the boot itself. enjoy!!

 |  | I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job!
