Excellent shoe -
I ordered several ankle boots from Zappos and although the Franco Sarto was the cheapest, it was by far the most comfortable and had the best fit. Very cute shoe - looks great with dark jeans. Extremely comfortable. Great service from Zappos.

These boots are super comfortable! They are a tiny bit loose, but a thicker pair of socks made them feel fine. Cute round toe, perfect for work or with a pair of jeans. I love them and have gotten many compliments on them.

I love these boots! From the moment I put them on, the fit was perfect. They are comfortable and attractive. I appreciate the ease of putting them on with the zippers in the back. I only wish they came in lots of different colors. I'd buy one of each!

This shoe was perfect for my 13 year old daughter. It has the right amount of style, great heel height and comfort. She wore them with a great black stretch suit and looked awesome. My only regret is that I don't share her shoe size!!! I am a new Zappos customer...OMG what took me so long. Customer service is great and they have so much stuff to choose from there is no reason to shop anywhere else. Thanks for feeding my shoe addiction.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
