I purchased the Ecko Red Phranz and these shoes were absolutely fit to form. They fit my feet comfortably, they are very fashionable and I would highly recommend this shoe. As a Zappos customer, I have not been dissatisfied with any of my purchases and the service that is provided. They shipped your item in most cases overnight and because of my satisfaction, I have only shopped at Zappos. I do have a very challenging size 11, but Zappos accommodates my needs whether it is the tennis shoes, sexy shoes or business shoes, they have it all!

I would like to start off by saying: Zappos.com is amazing. My first order with Zappos.com wasn't that long ago. On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
