I have enjoyed my boots. I like the look of them; they are a little higher (3 inch heel) then what I usually wear. I ordered down a half size. I have a very narrow foot, so I like Franco Sarto shoes a lot.

Exactly the boots I was looking for. Soft leather that fits comfortably on the calf. It was hard to find a black boot without buckles this season. These can be worn with a dress or with pants. Wide toe box so comfortable all day long. Short zipper in inside leg makes them easy on and off.

These are kind of cowboyish, but they are are perfect with a skirt or jeans. Fun! I love the chunky heel, much more comfortable.

The boots are beautiful! However, they are a little thick and saggy in the ankle area. I was looking for something more fitted. It\'s really too bad because the materials and workmanship look wonderful.

I ordered these boots because I liked the cut, the heel height, etc. What I didn't expect was how comfortable they are! They are fantastic in every way. I paid quite a bit and feel they are worth every penny. I love them so much, I ordered them in black as well (shhh, don't tell hubby!). I normally wear 7.5 wide, but got these in an 8 regular and they fit great. I couldn't be happier with the boots, and of course, Zappos service is top-notch. So the whole experience has been excellent.

Just got these boots yesterday, and love them already. I don't wear heels very often, and I have to say these are pretty comfortable. The inside is not padded though, so I don't know if they can handle a whole day of walking around. I ordered the Cuoio Calf—-such a gorgeous color! The only bad thing is that they could be a little tighter around the ankle/lower calf. (I have a 15" calf and they fit perfectly on top) But they're probably loose on me because I wear a size 11, and shoes tend to be a bit larger overall with larger sizes. I just received these boots and I absolutely love them. Based on reviews on other sites I was concerned that they would not fit my legs because I have pretty "athletic" calves, but they are just fine - snug but not too tight. The color is beautiful, the leather is super soft and the rubber sole and sturdy heel make them very comfortable compared other boots I own.

Love this boot! I have always been a fan of Franco Sarto boots, so I ordered this style with confidence. Just needed the right shade of chocolate brown, not quite milk chocolate, but darker. I didn't want a color as dark as espresso. This color turned out perfect for what I needed! They do run a bit large on me especially in heel/ankle area, as do most boots/dress shoes, so I will have to wear socks & maybe use an insert. The sole is nice & solid, nice & grippy, will be great for winter. The leather is a bit distressed, not a sleek, shiny leather. My calves are 12" around, so I have ample calf room & ordered a 7 1/2. I won't be wearing these with skirts, not a "skinny" fitted boot for me. I love the heel height, very solid heel. I love everything about this boot. Very comfortable, wear all day boot. Very nice, quality leather. Plus Zappos upgraded my free shipping to overnight without my request! Ordered one day and received the very next day! From now on Zappos is my first shoe shopping source.

 |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
