Very cool boots! I love the black patent, and I was actually able to wear these for a day of shopping without being in agony by the end. (I\'m not a big heel-wearer.) They\'re a little hard to get on and off because the leather is stiff, but on the whole I\'m very happy with these. And as always, thanks to Zappos for outstanding service.

	I just wanted to take a minute and let you guys know what a top notch outfit you are. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes in the last few days from you and I couldn't be happier!!! The service, the quality and the shipping was excellent. I am not one for taking the time to send emails for things like this, but my experience with you guys from beginning to ending was nothing short of fabulous.
