Very cool boots! I love the black patent, and I was actually able to wear these for a day of shopping without being in agony by the end. (I\'m not a big heel-wearer.) They\'re a little hard to get on and off because the leather is stiff, but on the whole I\'m very happy with these. And as always, thanks to Zappos for outstanding service.

	I just called Zappos to ask questions about shoe width (I need a wider size) and a rep helped me to find some boots that come in wide sizes, of which I ordered two pair. She was very helpful and friendly, and also upgraded me to VIP status. I'm THRILLED that my order will come tomorrow! And my return will be sped up as well. Thanks to the rep for doing a great job! She deserves a raise! Or at least a token of appreciation of some sort...take her out to lunch? Sincerely, Beth T.
