I love them! They are warm and waterproof, so that makes for a perfect shoe show or rain. The only criticism I would give them is that the feathers inside the shoe pop out once in a while, but it's not a big issue. They are really light and just comfortable. I bought exactly my size, and it fits perfectly even in socks!

This boot looks good and is made of very high quality materials, but it's not comfortable. It has absolutely no heel support. It felt true to size, but I had the feeling that it was coming off at the heel. My socks (tried several thicknesses) kept getting all wrinkled up. Very cute (although it makes your calves look fat), but no ankle/heel support.

 |  | Thanks so much for the expedited shipping. I meant to have the shoes shipped faster when I placed the order because I want to wear them this weekend, but I forgot. I didn't really worry about it though because Zappos always sends things incredibly fast - I've received packages the day after I placed an order! Zappos is great. The free shipping and fast return make shopping for shoes online foolproof. I know I order more because I know that if I don't like the shoes or they don't fit, I can return them easily and the payment is always credited to my account promptly. Thanks for the great service.
