Shoe Size: Felt true to size

I just bought these and probably bought them slightly too large but I've inserted a gel pad under the ball of my foot and they fit pretty well now. They are great looking shoes but not nearly as comfortable as I would have assumed from the photo. Even though as I said I bought them a half size too large, after a few hours my foot feels pinched from the sides. I have a fairly wide foot - maybe the style is just too narrow. I love the looks of them but wish they were more comfortable.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
