I debated for weeks whether to spend this much for a pair of boots, and now that I have them, I\'m so glad they did! They are a perfect combination of warmth and style. I was a little disappointed that they arrived a bit scuffed with a bit of glue or something spotty on them, but with seude they\'ll be scuffed in a few wears, so I did not send them back. And, I couldn\'t part with them once I had them on my feet! They seem a tad narrow (for someone used to wearing Uggs), but they are lusciously soft and comfortable to wear. Worth every penny!

 |  | I just wanted to say THANK YOU to your amazing team of persons at Zappos. The ENTIRE shopping experience has been PERFECT. I purchased my 'dream come true' boots, & although you didn't have anything to do with 'making' them you had everything to do with me getting them finally. I have been looking for them since I saw them (or this design) in Spain 5 yrs ago. Locally I found them only in one place & they were sold out. Again sold out on the store web site, & nowhere else had anything like them. But at Zappos...BINGO! And, I received them in only TWO days. You are fantastic!
