Awesome shoes! Absolutely love them. Only suggestion is to buy at least one size above your normal size (they run small when the fur lining is in them). One other note, the fur in the sides and heel pushes down almost immediately after wearing (takes away from the overall look of the shoe).

I ordered a full size up after reading some of the other reviews (I am usually an 11 and thank goodness they did offer a 12!), and they fit okay, but my problem was the tag sewn just inside the upper of the shoe. It was stiff, almost sharp and very uncomfortable. I looked at removing it, but it was sewn in and if I just cut it, I was afraid that the stub of the tag would have been just as uncomfortable, and I couldn't see how to remove the whole tag without possibly harming the shoe. Returned them, but kept the Uggs moccasins I ordered. Those are super comfy!

Had to return these shoes. I'm usually a 7 1/2 and I ordered an 8. I had pain at the top of my foot and could not find a way to make these shoes comfortable. This was my fifth Ugg purchase and I couldn't believe they didn't fit. Zappos had great service, though.

Not for me. I debated for awhile after receiving, took them out of the box, put them back in. Decent enough looking and very comfortable, not like an Ugg slipper but close to it for a street shoe. I take a 9 in Ugg scuffs, and the 9 in these fit well in the heel. The length looks long on me, not attractive (there is more than a half inch in the toe box). Going down to my normal shoe size (8 1/2) will only make the heel too short, which happens with me on mules with raised ends. It is an okay house shoe, a little heavy and clunky. However I would like this kind of mule for an everyday throw on, rather than the elfish Birks and Danskos I own.

If it weren't for Zappos great service I probably would have given up on this shoe. Maybe my feet have changed over the years. I used to be size 9; I ordered this shoe and another Ugg brand shoe, after reading all of the reviews first. When they arrived they were both too big, width and length. I returned them and reordered both in 8.5. The Langford fit and feel great! Very comfortable right out of the box. The other was too small, so I returned it feeling like a jerk. But Zappos is the best company to shop with. I will buy all of my shoes from them - Best selection possible and best service! Thanks Zappos!

I love Uggs usually; never had a bad pair until these! They run very small, so since I am between size 7 and size 8, I ordered the 8s. They were very snug with the optional sheepskin liner. After just a few minutes of wear, I had a lot of pain on the tops of my feet, on the bone where the shoe creases. So I am sending them back. Too bad, because I loved the look when I opened the box and have never had an uncomfortable pair of Uggs yet.

These do run small so order up, I usually wear an 8 1/2, but I went to a 9 and glad I did. They also run narrower than other Uggs that I have had. I love the style and they are made so well; I like having the option of removing the fleece lining on the bed of the foot, there is also the leather lining.

This is a beautiful and comfortable shoe. However they do run small so order a half size bigger than you usually would. The quality and craftsmanship of this shoe is superb! You will not be disappointed!
