These boots are absolutely gorgeous. They fit like a glove. They hug the calves perfectly, and slouch just a bit like all the high end boots that pull on, with no zipper, tend to do. I bought the brown, and then had to have the black as well. I am tall, and they come all the way up to my knee, which is very hard to find. They are very expensive, and I may not be able to keep both pairs, but these are an investment that will pay style and comfort dividends for many years to come.

These are fabulous boots in every way: quality of craftsmanship, fit, materials, looks, comfort. I'm trying desperately to convince myself to return them because they are so beautiful. I tried another style with a somewhat shorter shaft, and they don't measure up. I'm short (5'2") and have had trouble with knee high boots looking awkward or not fitting my calf. These look great standing up or scrunched. I've seen a few reviews of the Sag and the Strategy not standing up on their own, and I'm not sure why these people are having this problem. The leather is soft, but it does stand up. Jeans fit nicely inside also. I'm taking one star away for comfort simply because they're not as comfortable as La Canadienne's, but who would expect that anyway?
Other brands recommended by reviewer: none...high style and great value.

This shoe was incredibly disappointing. The leather is so soft that it doesn\'t have a nice tall feeling. This quality cheapens the overall appearance of the shoe. Runs one size large.

This boots are phenomenal! They are sylish, soft like gloves, comfortable, and finally, they reach my knee.I have long, narrow foot and all Stuart Weitzman shoes fits me like they was made by me.

I have never paid for other than standard (read slow boat) shipping, and have also never failed to receive your deliveries the next day. I can order Sunday online at night, and the shoes will be there Monday before dinner, it’s astounding. All other companies should take their cue from you guys.
