I ordered this Dooney Large Erica Sac in Navy/Brown. Zappos was a blessing with the free shipping and the prompt delivery. The bag is great with lots of slots inside and a center zipped divider pocket. I love the Dooney fabric bags, especially the ones that have the uncoated fabric like this one, as it makes for a great slouch bag which is my favorite style. Thanks Dooney for a great deal and professional service!

This is my first time ordering from Zappos. Zappos provided amazing service! I ordered the bag at nine P.M. on a Wednesday and it was delivered in 18 hours for free! The bag is just the right size for me with special side pockets for pens, phone, and many other things zip divider in center to allow separation of glasses from wallet,big enough to hold my Kindle. It has a lovely leather strap, and very light on my shoulder. I am thinking about getting the tartan version for the fall. It is fabulous at a cheap price.

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E. With you it was no problem. The quality of the brands you have are simply wonderful. I just had to share this. In this day and time it is very hard to find great customer service.
