Shoe Arch: No arch support
These shoes look great and are pretty comfortable, but after only a couple months of wearing them the back of the heel is worn down and the fabric at the heel of the shoe is completely worn out. It may just be me, but this has never happened with any other shoes I've owned before.

Comfortable shoe. Good fit. I wear a 7 in all of my other pairs of flats, and the 7 here fit perfectly. True to size.

Great little shoe. At first the back cut up my heel, but that usually happens with shoes like this (for me). They\'re very comfortable. The only thing that isn\'t working for me is the padding on the bottom is affecting my left foot. Only my left mind you. I\'m not sure what\'s going on but on the bottom of my foot (the padding right above the toes and my big toe) is hurting. I think it might be from the padding not sitting well on my foot. I hope that in the future the padding will sit flat so I can walk easier, but who knows.

I bought these for my daughter in black (she\'s 16). As far as I can tell she likes them a lot. She said that all ballet flats are uncomfortable but these aren\'t so bad.

Great little pair of flats and a nice way to wear this season's animal print trend in a subtle way. They are comfy and run true to size. Very affordable. One thing: they don't have a built in arch support, so if you need that, just pick up a pair of drugstore arch support insoles (like I did) and slip them in, works like a charm! These are my "go to" flats right now.

 |  | Wow. I placed an order online in Seattle yesterday at 2pm and this morning before I finished my first cup of coffee a UPS guy was standing in front of me with my shoes. I was going to ask if he had a shoehorn and could put my shoes on, because it was almost like being in a shoe store it was so fast. And best of all, it was free shipping. I feel like leaving you guys a tip or something. But I’ll tell you what, 3 other people in my office saw what went down and they were all on Zappos today shopping and I know they told a few friends.
