2 days after receiving/wearing the shoes the sides split open and I had to return them. Very comfortable now, and are fun to wear.

Bought them for my husband. He\'s hard to shop for but he really likes them and thinks they are comfortable. My son thinks they are nice too (and he is 19).\r\n

Disappointed. Dear Nike, I bought a pair of this shoe about two months ago and it fits perfect; however, one part of the outer rubber sole started to peel off and the heel support bubble also started to lose and is losing its support. Sir, this shoe cost me a lot. Kindly advise me.

 | | Dear Zappos,
I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
