It is a nice boot. Not the style or price of Pliner - nice enough. It runs short, narrow - unlike other Sarto shoes & boots I have owned. It doesn't matter - the Zappos team takes care of you. Give it a try - it should be a suede, deep gray, chocolate.

These are wonderful boots. I have loved every pair of Franco Sarto shoes I've purchased over the years, and these boots are great. Had reservations about the heel height, but I've had them on for 9 hours now and no dogs a barkin'. Also, these boots are attractive. 7.5M in every style I've ever purchased has worked for me. I love the fall, yes even in California, as I get to wear my boots. Love these. Thank you Zappos!

The boots are beautiful, comfortable while sitting, but walking is very difficult. I thought I could get used to the taller heel, but I just can't walk in them. I would have returned them, but I've worn them several times.

Great looking boots. I usually take a 5 but can wear the 5.5 in these with thicker socks. My only complaint is the heel is a bit too high and that and tilt of shoe makes them hard to walk in and hurt your feet after a few hours. I would\'ve returned them if I had not worn them outside.

Franco Sarto shoes in Wine are a beautiful color and very comfortable. Also, they had my size 5 which is very hard to find.
