First pair of converse shoes I\'ve ever purchased, and there were n\r\no reviews at the time so I was hesitant, however I am very happy with the shoes so far. Had to lace them differently at the top, because the tounge of the shoe was too toght against my ankle, the shoe laces are also very long, I suggest a double knot and just slide them on and off. Overall very happy with the shoes and would recommend. \r\n\r\n

	Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and thoughtfulness. I will print out the shipping label that you sent me and hopefully can ship them out next Thursday, as I will be going home on leave. This is the nicest and most understanding I have ever been treated by a company EVER! Thank you for everything and I will only use Zappos from here on out for any and every shoe purchase I need.
