The Merrell Radland is a top quality shoe. I'd never had a pair of Merrells before, so it scared me to buy a pair, being a big fan of Columbia. I'm really enjoying them. I'm on my feet all day long at work, and need that extra support. And as far as getting your shoes from Zappos, don't worry. Their service is next to none. The shipping is great and if there is ever a problem, they are there for you.

Great shoes, give firm grip in grasses, and on wet rock. Have a fit that works well with my feet, almost no break in required.

Great shoes! They feel and look great. Zappos has the best service. They shipped my order right away and I got next day delivery without asking for it. This is the 2nd pair of Merrell shoes that I have and I am very happy with them. Thank you Zappos for carrying such great items.

I've been a big fan of Merrell for several years. Probably 75% of the shoes I've purchased in the last 10 years have been from Merrell. My understanding is that the Radland is the update to the Outland, which was the update to the Pulse II. The Pulse II was great. I wish I had bought a dozen pair when I still could. I tried the Outland and they worked fine for me. However, now I can't find the Outland in my size (15) at all. I'm disappointed with the Radland. It has a similar style to the Pulse II/Outland, but is tighter in the toes and is very noisy. I would not buy another pair of these.

I love these shoes! I had some other Merrell shoes but they changed the style, as everyone does every couple of years (whether they need to or not). The Radland shoe is very comfortable and open up wide making it easy to put on. There are grip soles to ensure no slipping.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: maybe Keen, but they squeak

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
