Product is true to size: the width really is a medium, but nice because you can wear with thicker socks. Love these boots! Unique and can wear every day.

Just got these last night. I blanched a bit at the price, but promised myself I would send them back if they were not 100% fabulous. They are wonderful! Very tall shaft that actually comes to the knees, but not too wide at the top of the shaft which is always a problem as my legs are slender. I wore them this morning walking in Monterey (sans socks) with my jeans tucked in and not so much as sore spot anywhere. The leather is very soft and gives just the right amount of slouch. Once again Zappos rocks!

These boots are beautiful and well made and very unique which is why I love them. Very comfortable as well.\r\n\r\nZappos service is amazing as well. I am in awe of their turnaround time for orders.

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
