More beautiful in person! However, I'm returning a second pair and not ordering a third. I wear 8.5 (9 for boots), my feet are normal, narrow rather than wide, the left one slightly bigger. I ordered 9, which felt at least one size bigger. Returned that pair and ordered 8.5. The right boot still felt too big inside, narrow at the ankle (they warn you about this, by the way). But despite the right one feeling too big, I couldn't even put the left one on; it's too narrow at the ankle. So, the perfect feet for these boots should be wider than normal, with very slim ankles.

with Zappos. I discovered your store online a couple of days ago. I noticed some sandals that I wanted, and decided to call. The rep who assisted me in placing an order by phone was very professional, informative, and patient. She also extended an invitation to the VIP Club. I was expecting my order tomorrow (Tuesday). However, it arrived early today (Monday). Both my husband and I were surprised by the rapid overnight express time. I will definitely do business with you again soon and tell others about you.
