These shoes are comfortable, soft and can be worn with pants or suits. Perfect shoe. I highly recommend this shoe.

Very cute, retro-forties looking shoe. It was a bit tight in the toe box (6.5) and size up (7) was too big. It may just be my foot as my big toe turns up a bit. I am keeping them and hoping they will stretch which often happens with suede and leather shoes. Zappos\' service as always was wonderful.

These shoes seem to be one of the few that I\'ve been able to find that combine comfort with not looking too dorky. They look like regular pumps and I can wear them all day. These shoes were very true-to-size for me. On one of those old-fashioned foot measuring things that they used to have in shoe stores, I am a 7 1/2 wide. That is the size I wear in these shoes. Over the years I\'ve found that wearing a size 8 instead of a 7.5 wide ultimately is not comfortable, so I have to buy shoes online. I\'ve had Softspots shoes before and they have not held up very well, but unfortunately comfort and high quality don\'t always correlate. Believe me I have tried every brand. I also wear Aerosoles for the same reason - comfort without being overly dorky. I\'d gladly pay more for these brands if they lasted longer.

The most comfortable high heels I've tried on. Although the heels are not very high, they still look great. Incredibly cute. I think I just found another favorite brand.

Very pretty shoes but the 'nimbus' is more brown/grey than true grey. I would say these ran a little large. I ordered the 6 1/2 D and could have done with the 6 D. Very comfortable and cute. Softspots are one of my faves.

This is a beautiful, classy shoe. The epitome of comfort. I found the size to be smaller than expected, but that might just be my troublesome feet. Lovely, lovely shoe.

 | | Didnt know where to send a note to the full staff so Im putting it here. I havent shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! Ive hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done. Thanks again, Kirsten O. | | ~ Kirsten O., October 29 2009
